CCYM - Conference Connection to Youth Ministry
The Florida Conference believes in the power of equipping young leaders TODAY to help build the church of TOMORROW. CCYM exists to bring together students from around the state for special events that will cultivate community, encourage service, and enhance leadership.

2026 CCYM Fall Leadership Retreat
19 students and adults from all over the Florida Conference gathered at Lake Swan Camp near Gainesville this past weekend for the first CCYM Fall Leadership Retreat. Students led each other in worship, hands-on workshops, and a host of activities from tubing to axe-throwing. Together we challenged and encouraged one another as we established both relationships and long-lasting memories. As one student lamented Sunday morning, “I wish we could stay…just one more day.”
